I worked that area a lot in the late ‘90’s doing geology for all the timber plans that PALCO had out there. The Rainbow Ridge repeater was originally in a hallway at the radar site. Great coverage, backup power etc. <br>
Then I retired, security tightened, and we had to remove the repeater.<br>
Great location, beautiful drive on a nice day. Could b a HORRIBLE drive on bad days. <br></p>
