Convention fees paid will be refunded. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">This conclusion is based on the deadly seriousness of the virus, the rate of expansion, and the recovery time after the crisis apex is achieved.
